Crochet hook: 3.5 mm
Weight: 4
Foundation Row: chain 2
Row 1: double crochet x10 around row and join with a slip stitch
Row 2: double crochet x2 chain 2 repeat around row and join with a slip stitch
Row 3: chain 3( this counts as first double crochet) keeping right side facing front, work 4 double crochet around post of the first double crochet from top to bottom, chain 1, keeping right side facing, turning work so double crochet is sideways facing front, half scale made facing opposite, work 5 double crochet around next double crochet working from bottom to top ( 1 scale made)
Repeat around row.
Repeat rows 2 and 3 for 2 more times.
