Summer Tan Sweater


Knitting needles: 2 mm crochet hook size: 3.5 mm


Weight: 4

For ribbing:

With knitting needles cast on 140 stitches and knit 3 to 4 inches in knit 1 purl 1 ribbing stitch

For main body of sweater:

Switch to crochet hook.

Double crochet 4 stitches then work 1 front post treble crochet repeat around row.

Work for 18 inches or longer as desired.

Pattern shown was created in 2 parts for the front and back upper part.

Switch to shell stitch:
Chain 3( this counts as first double crochet) double crochet x3 all in the same space, single crochet in next space, repeat across row.

Work for as long as desired

Pattern shown has no sleeves. Sleeves can be added if desired. Suggested to use the same pattern as the bottom of the sweater for sleeves.
