Row 2:* single crochet x 4 then single crochet 2 together* repeat from* to* across row and join with a slip stitch

Row 3: single crochet x3 then single crochet 2 together* repeat from* to* across row and join with a slip stitch

Row 4: single crochet x2 then single crochet 2 together* repeat from* to* across row and join with a slip stitch

Row 5: *single crochet then single crochet 2 together* repeat from* to* across row and join with a slip stitch

Row 6: *single crochet 2 together* repeat from* to *across row and join with a slip stitch

Row 7: on the other side of the foundation row working in the back loops only single crochet around row and join with a slip stitch

Row 8-10: single crochet around row increasing by 4 stitches evenly spaced and join with a slip stitch
