Janice Jones, here from Smart-Knit-Crocheting.com
I do hope you will contact me with your thoughts, concerns, questions or just to say hi.
This website was started on October 25, 2006. Since then, it has grown slowly and evolved over time with the goal of providing new information and tutorials. My goal is to expand and improve on what has already been written with the intent on addressing the needs of today's needlework hobbyists.
Do you love to Knit or Crochet? I know I do and I hope the site can inspire some new ideas or even a new way at looking at something old.
All new information added appears in my blog right away as a new page is added. You can locate this on the top menu under "other. The pulldown menu will reveal "What's New." You may also want to look for specific articles in my site's site map or index.
I will also be sending out a newsletter to let you know what has changed and what's new on the site. Please feel free to sign up. It's free and will be delivered directly to your inbox.
This stitch is created by a two row repeat, starting with a foundation chain of multiples of 3. The possibilities are endless. Start with a number 4 yarn made of 100% cotton and create coasters, dish cloths, face cloths, or placemats.
Turn your creation into a soft washable blanket with a 100% Acrylic number 4 yarn, or create a fast baby blanket using a soft chunky yarn.
My intention is to make this site a useful source of information for all those creative people who either want to learn the craft or just have that joy in their heart when they see something made by hand.
I welcome your input and hope you will take the time to make suggestions or comments about the site. I take every comment seriously and use it to improve the site.
If you have questions, the contact form is a good place to start. If I don't have an answer immediately, I will let you know and then research it to find the perfect solution to your problem.
Though the site is old, it is new for me, so I'm hoping to meet everyone over the coming years and make this site a community of craft lovers. For all your inquires about the content of this site, please use the form below.
Your e-mail address is completely safe with me. Spam is neither my hobby nor the way of doing business. I need your e-mail in order to answer your questions.
I will contact you as soon as possible.
Happy Crocheting and/or Knitting
