Hook size 4.5 mm


Weight: 4

Chain 40 in red yarn. Add three chains for the first double crochet then double crochet 3 times into each space along the length of the chain to make the twist.

Repeat for the white yarn.

Wrap the two curly ques around each other and sew in place. A length of wire could be worked into the middle of the curly ques to hold the shape of the wreath.

For the bow applique:

Chain 4 into the 4th chain from the hook work 3 treble crochets attaching each to the beginning space chain 4 and attach to the beginning space. Chain 4 attach to the beginning space and work 3 treble crochets attaching each to the beginning space, chain 4 and attach to the beginning space.

Weave in all ends in at least three different directions to ensure that the ends of the project don't come loose through use
