Crochet hook: 2.75 mm

Weight: 4

Body: (make 2)

Foundation Row: chain 2

Row 1: into the second chain from the hook work 8 single crochets and join with a slip stitch

Row 2: in each space around row work 2 single crochets

Row 3: in first space work 1 single crochet and into the next space put two single crochet repeat around row and join with a slip stitch

Row 4: in the first 2 spaces work 1 single crochet then put two single crochet in the next space repeat around row and join with a slip stitch

Row 5: in the first three spaces work 1 single crochet and then put two single crochet in the next space repeat around row and join with a slip stitch.

For head: (make 2)

Repeat first 4 rows of the body to make each side of the head.

For Hat:

Chain 10

Single crochet across foundation chains.

Slip stitch for 2 stitches single crochet 5 then slip stitch 2. Break yarn. Join yarn at first single crochet and work 4 rows of single crochet.

Nose:
Chain 2 and into the second chain from the hook double crochet 5 times into the begining space.

Arms:(make 2)

Chain 15

Into the 5th chain from hook attach yarn and chain 5 attach yarn chain 5 attach yarn single crochet along chain.

Scarf:

Chain 35

Double crochet along foundation chain.

To assemble:

Single crochet around body and head pieces leaving an opening at the bottom of the body.

Attach arms, hat, nose and scarf.
Sew on eyes and buttons.

Weave in all ends in at least three different directions to ensure that the ends of the project don't come loose through use
