Hook size: 2.5 mm


Weight: 4 medium

Foundation Row: make a magic circle

Row 1: single crochet around row and join with a slip stitch

Row 2: single crochet x2 around row and join with a slip stitch

Row 3: single crochet x2 in first space then x1 single crochet into the next space around row and join with a slip stitch

Row 4: single crochet chain 1 skip 1 around row and join with a slip stitch

Row 5: (single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, half double crochet, single crochet) all in the same space then single crochet in the next 7 spaces (single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, half double crochet, single crochet) all in the same space then sc around row and join with a slip stitch

Eyes ( make 2)

Chain 2 or make a magic ring and workn10 double crochet around row and join with a slip stitch, leave a long tail to be able to sew onto the owl body

Sew on a beak in the middle of the eyes

Weave in all ends of the project in at least three different directions to ensure that the ends of the project don't come loose through use
