Row 1 - 3: Single crochet on both sides of foundation chain with 3 single crochets in the ends and join with a slip stitch

Row 4: single crochet in back loops only around row and join with a slip stitch

Row 5 - 27: single crochet around row and join with a slip stitch

Row 28: single crochet 12 chain 20 single crochet 12 chain 20 and join with a slip stitch (handles)

Row 29 - 30: single crochet around row usuing the chains as stitches and join with a slip stitch

Bow:
Chain 4 into the 4th chain from the hook work 3 treble crochets attaching each to the beginning space chain 4 and attach to the beginning space. Chain 4 attach to the beginning space and work 3 treble crochets attaching each to the beginning space then chain 4 and attach to the beginning space.

Rose:
Foundation Row:Chain 4 and join with a slip stitch.

Row 1: Chain 3 slip stitch to foundation chain x4

Row 2:* single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, half double crochet, single crochet all in the same space slip stitch to next chain three space* repeat from * to * across row and join with a slip stitch

Row 3:Chain 3 slip stitch to foundation chain x6 times

Row 4:* single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet x2, half double crochet, single crochet all in the same chain space slip stitch to next space* repeat from * to * across row and join with a slip stitch

Sew on the flowers and bow.

Weave in all ends of the project in at least three different directions to ensure that the ends of the project don't come loose through use
